I was curious and excited to see what Mama Akinyi had taught her. Dinner was ready at half past 8; Mama Njeri brought her beautiful serving dish to the table and opened it to brag just how great she had done. The poor fish was floating on River Nyando; the tomatoes were social distancing and let's not talk about the onions that didn't get the dinner memo. Lucky for me, I received a phone call and excused myself; let's just say I never made it back.

This recipe is for all Mama Njeri's out there and everyone the water gods talks to whenever they are about to make a meal.

What is the best way to cook fish?

INGREDIENTS

o   1 Whole Tilapia Fish 

o   1 Royco Cube

o   1 Coriander

o   Salt To Taste

o   2 Cloves Garlic

o   1 Tomato

o   1 Large onion
