If oven baking the fish 200c for 30-45 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tilapia whole Fish
- 1/2 Teaspoon Gharam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
- Pepper(Optional)
N/B: I later turned the fish into a stew dish and added pepper.
