PAN FRIED FISH RECIPE WITHOUT FLOUR(TILAPIA FISH)

Whether it is pan fried or oven baked, marinated fish is something to look forward to on the dinner or lunch table.

If oven baking the fish 200c for 30-45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tilapia whole Fish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Gharam Masala
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
  • Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil
  • Pepper(Optional)
N/B: I later turned the fish into a stew dish and added pepper.
