Not loved by many but very essential for your body. It is known to have good nutrients for your body, that includes iron.

Spinach is a good source of vitamin and iron.
5. KENYAN TRADITIONAL VEGETABLES
Most Kenyan traditional vegetables are known to have numerous benefits for your body and iron is one of them. If you are not a fan, you should be, they are good for you.
