Two years after I completed high school, I lost almost 15kgs. I was not trying to lose weight, it just happened and suddenly I had to change my entire wardrobe.
I got stressed trying to figure out what to do and the more I stressed myself out the more weight I lost.
I tried multi vitamins and anything that could give me appetite to eat but to no avail. Fast forward few years later, I managed to gain weight and this how I did it;
SHOP NOW1. I started by working out, which in turn made me hungry and increased my food portion.
2. After working out I would have a peanut butter, banana and milk smoothie and other days
3. I would have mandazi or bhajia with fermented milk/maziwa lala
SHOP INGREDIENTS
You can replace the fermented milk
with yoghurt.
WORKOUTS I DID
1. Sumo squats
2. Jumping sumo squats
3. Donkey kicks
4. Glute bridges with you feet on the wall /Wall bridges
5. Burpees
6. Planks
7. Jumping jacks
8. Squat pulses
SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of milk
