- 2 Whole Tilapia fish
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- A tiny piece of fresh turmeric
- A tiny piece of fresh ginger
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Water
- 1 Large bell pepper(optional)
- Pepper as much as you want(Optional)

- Cut all the ingredients into pieces and put them in a blender(except for the fish,cooking oil and salt) with a little bit of water. Set aside after blending
- In a sufuria, put in your cooking oil and add in the contents in the blender
- Let them simmer for 5 minutes then add in your fish
- Cover and let them cook well for 10-15minutes
