 Goat meat is generally tender that cow meat. Try adding a meat tenderizer or boil it longer.

Add spices to your goat meat, both ground spice and fresh spice like e.g garlic, ginger, bell pepper and garam masala.

INGREDIENTS

1. A piece of ginger

2. 6 gloves garlic

3. A pinch of garam masala

4. Salt

5. Cooking oil

6. 1/2 piece of bell pepper/Capsicum

1 Large Onion

DIRECTIONS

First boil your goat meat with garlic,salt and ginger for 30 mins

 

 

 After it is done, in another sufuria, put in your cooking oil and add onions and bell pepper

Cook until onions are golden brown then add in a pinch of garam masala and stir

Add in your goat meat and stir them all together until the meat turns golden brown. Taste for salt.

 

Meat is now ready to be served after 15 minutes. Serve with ugali and vegetables or with kachumbari
