Beef is one of the most loved meats in Kenya. Boiled, choma, wet fry, beef stew or just dry fry beef Kenyans will still love it. Today I will show you one simple recipe of how you can make both beef wet fry and beef stew for ugali Kenyan style.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 Bell Pepper
3 cloves garlic
A pinch of garam masala
Salt
Cooking Oil
A piece of ginger
Pepper/Pilili(optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil your beef with a piece of ginger, salt and 1clove garlic for 30 Minutes and set it aside.
In a blender put in your
2 Tomatoes
1/2 Bell pepper
1 Onion
2 cloves garlic
Water
Pepper(Optional)
and blend together
In a Sufuria
Put in one onion with the remaining half of the bell pepper, plus cooking oil and let them simmer for 5 minutes.
Add in your meat and a pinch of garam masala and cook until golden brown.
Add in your blended ingredients and let them simmer for 10 minutes.
10 minutes later, beef stew/wet fry is ready to be served.
