COST OF LIVING IN KENYA HAS GONE UP 2022|| SURVIVING KENYA'S HIGH FOOD AND GAS PRICES

Cost of living in Kenya has gone up. The cheap, simple meals we used to have in restaurants have gone up by at least 50- 100 Ksh. Is it because of the war in Russia that has affected gas prices or the election year in Kenya!? 1000Ksh can no longer buy more that 2 items, you have to choose between cooking oil or maize flour. Where are headed to as a country?

There seems to be a pattern, every election year food prices go up. After elections most prices stick and some drop after the common mwanainchi a.k.a Wanjiku complains endlessly.
