Rice and beans is one of my favorite meals and I know I'm not alone. If you already have rice in the house, and you live alone, buying beans is the best option right? That's why I call this meal simple, easy and quick to make.
Let's fry the beans and serve it with rice or chapati.

INGREDIENTS
Beans
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 Royco cube
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Water
DIRECTIONS
In a cooking pot put in onions and cooking oilAfter onion is golden brown, put in your tomatoes and let them simmer
Put in your beans, add Royco cube, salt to taste and under medium to low heat let them simmer together for 5 minutes
