Today I will show you how to make scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes.
Unlike fried eggs which are mostly served with tea and bread, these scrambled eggs are mostly served with ugali and vegetables and if it's avocado season, we throw that in the mix and get a fully balanced diet.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Cooking Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Royco cube(optional)

DIRECTION
In a cooking pot put in your cooking oil and onion
Once the onions are golden brown add in your tomatoes and 1/2 cube
Wait for them to simmer for at least 6 minutes add your well beaten eggs with salt
Stir and cover for 2 minutes
Check if cooked and then serve
