OKRA AND BEEF STEW; It is a one pot meal that is delicious and very easy to make.
Cook this meal using the tiny okras also known as lady fingers.

- 1/4 Beef
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 large Tomato
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 green pepper(pilipili)
- Salt to taste
- 2 hands full okra
- 1 Royco cube
- Cooking Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
PART 1
- In a sufuria put in your washed beef, water slightly above it .
- I large well chopped onion
- Finely chopped 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Royco cube
- Cooking Oil
- 1 full Pilili
- Let them boil for 30 minutes until the water dries.
PART 2
- Cook the meat under medium to low heat until golden brown.
- Add in your tomatoes and let them simmer
- Add in your well chopped okra and water
- Let them cook for 20 minutes or until okra is tender
- Taste for salt and add as preferred
SERVE WITH UGALI.
N/B remove the top part of okra(lady fingers)
