Whenever I tell anyone, I love chicken feet. They squeeze their face in disgust until I mention COLLAGEN.
Yes chicken feet is good for your skin. It gives you a radiant younger looking skin with time. I bet you are now interested in knowing how to prepare this delicious meal. I won't keep you waiting.
You can either stew it, barbecue, deep fry or oven it. I chose to deep fry first then stew it.
Marination is a must if you are to enjoy this part of the chicken.
Marinade ingredients
1 teaspoon lime
Quarter or half ginger depending on the quantity
2 cloves of 🧄 garlic
Instructions
Put the ginger and garlic in a mortar grind till fine.
Add a teaspoon of lime mix well and apply on the chicken feet. Let it marinate for 6- 24 hours.
In a cooking pot, put in your cooking oil and wait till hot. Deep fry until golden brown.
Stew ingredients
1 Onion
1 tomato
1 chilli pepper 🌶️
1 green pepper 🫑
1 royco cube steak
Blend them together.
Add a little cooking oil in a cooking pot and add the blended content. Throw in your favorite spice with the chicken feet. Let it cook for 5 minutes or as desired.
This delicious meal is now ready to be served with ugali, mashed potatoes or 🍚
