Sometimes all you need is a combination of left over meals to make a balanced buffet dinner.
I was at a friend's house last weekend. We made rice and green grams for dinner with fire Avocado. That was Friday.
On Saturday we went for nyama choma(barbecued goat meat) date and carried the Left over home.
Sunday being such a boring day, we didn't have to cook anything but combine all the meals we had over the weekend. This is how it turned out.
